April is a board-certified General Surgeon who has been going on medical trips since 2004. She has an undergraduate degree in International Rescue & Relief and also completed her Master's of Public Health. Prior medical trips have included India, Nepal, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Kenya, South Africa, and Malawi.

Brian is an EMT/Firefighter, Arborist, and Mountain Guide with an undergraduate degree in International Rescue & Relief. He does the photography for the trips and trip planning.
